** As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you’ll lead a diverse pipeline of strategic sourcing initiatives, playing a pivotal role in delivering commercial outcomes that support our business, our customers and our regulatory commitments.

** What You’ll Be Doing**- Own and actively manage a strategic portfolio of sourcing activity
- Deliver high‐value sourcing initiatives on time, generating maximum value
- Lead complex commercial negotiations using best‐practice procurement methodologies
- Build a deep understanding of business needs in your spend areas and provide expert guidance
- Identify spend trends, risks and opportunities, using data and market intelligence to shape decisions
- Ensure systems and documentation support a clear, auditable process
- Build influential, trust‐based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the Procurement Manager in team leadership and capability development
- Mentor and coach colleagues, helping to build future talent
- Appoint and onboard suppliers using appropriate sourcing frameworks
** What You’ll Bring**- CIPS Level 5 or equivalent, or a qualification in procurement/commercial disciplines
- Knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 and relevant legislation
- Proven experience delivering complex strategic sourcing projects
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive best‐value outcomes
- Experience developing sourcing strategies and navigating governance
- Solid understanding of contract structures (NEC experience a plus)- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
