Client Account Manager

Anne Corder Recruitment is proud to be partnering with Beacon Wealth Management to recruit an experienced Client Account Manager to join their growing Client Services Team

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Account Manager who enjoys delivering outstanding service, building trusted relationships, and playing a key role within a professional advisory environment.

The role as Client Account Manager, you will act as a central point of contact for clients, advisers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless and proactive service.

The Client Account Manager role offers variety, responsibility and the chance to work closely with experienced advisers supporting high-quality employer and employee clients.

Key responsibilities    Supporting Advisers with all day-to-day client administration
Acting as a reliable Client Account Manager for employer and employee queries
Managing adviser diaries and ensuring information is gathered and processed efficiently
Processing new group member applications and annual group risk renewals
Chasing submitted business and keeping clients informed throughout the process
Liaising with internal researchers and external providers to progress work
Maintaining accurate electronic records and ensuring compliance standards are met
About you    Previous experience as a  Client Account Manager  within a professional services environment is advantageous
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
Proactive, collaborative and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Good understanding of FCA compliance and regulatory processes
