Salary: £31,313 per annum

Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
As our Repairs Reporting Coordinator
, you’ll be the go‑to person for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that improve the way we deliver repair services. You’ll:
- Analyse repairs performance data and produce clear, actionable reports – weekly, monthly, and beyond.
- Track key metrics like volumes, work in progress (WIP), and overdue repairs across national and regional levels.
- Work closely with contractors and internal teams to ensure accuracy and drive improvements.
- Move beyond reactive reporting – help us spot trends, identify opportunities, and shape a proactive approach.
- Support the integrity of our reporting systems and resolve any issues quickly.
Your work will directly influence contractor performance and customer satisfaction, making a real difference to the communities we serve.
About YouWe are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in a maintenance/responsive‑repairs management environment.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, array formulas, handling large data sets, building reports, and ideally experience with Macros, VBA, and Power Query.
- Awareness of payment processes, invoice management, and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and data manipulation skills, ability to present clear reports.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and prioritisation skills.
- Collaborative attitude, able to work with internal and external teams to improve service delivery.
- Numeracy and literacy skills, confidence with housing‑management and operational software.

Stage 2: A Place to Show Your Strengths – a role‑related assessment and behavioural/scenario‑based interview (Planned 29th January at our Bradford or Peterborough office). A Congruity Questionnaire will be sent in advance.
