As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and professional impression of both Stuart House and Eddisons. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly will help you excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing the front desk and acting as the first point of contact

* Greeting visitors and ensuring a warm, professional welcome

* Answering and directing incoming calls

* Handling incoming and outgoing mail

* Managing the car park and visitor access

* Directing enquiries to the appropriate departments

* Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

* Supporting clerical tasks such as data entry and filing

* Monitoring building security and reporting concerns to senior staff

* Assisting with planning and coordinating small events
