NoteWe are planning a site relocation from the East of England Showground to a new site within 10 miles of the current location.
OverviewAre you organised, detail‑oriented, and ready to make an impact? We're looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our vibrant team in Peterborough. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing our fleet operations and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Fleet ProfileWe maintain a fleet of around 4,000 luxury vehicles, including Mercedes, Volkswagen, Audi, Genesis, and more.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE- Proactively manage the fleets to ensure efficient in‑fleeting and de‑fleeting in line with brand requirements.
- Track the progress of vehicles being delivered to the UK.
- Communicate with third‑party suppliers to ensure vehicles are collected from the Peterborough site.
- Order and register vehicles.
- Manage P/O to ensure appropriate cover and approval and payment of subsequent invoices.
- Work with GBA to ensure vehicles are booked for PDI (Pre‑Delivery Inspections) to avoid delays or shortfalls in brand targets.
- Use the monthly and weekly reports to analyse fleet trends and maintain data integrity.
- Process the posting and chase of PCNS/Fines and V5 Management.
- Have previous fleet‑management experience (desirable).
- Have previous customer service/administration experience (essential).
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess data‑analysis experience with excellent attention to detail.
- Can communicate effectively with third‑party suppliers and services.
- Are IT‑literate with Microsoft packages (Excel, Teams, Outlook) and Power BI.
- Can prioritise workload efficiently.
