We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to provide temporary agency support within our Property Department for a 12-week full-time assignment
.
- Prior secretarial or administrative experience (property or FM preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs & Sheets)
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
- Experience managing Purchase Orders and invoices
- Administrative support to the Property / FM team
- Managing POs and invoices
- Supporting urgent maintenance issues alongside ongoing projects
