Senior Timetabling and Resourcing Coordinator

Salary: £26,994 per annum, pay award pending

Hours:

37 hours per week, all year round

Are you a master of organisation with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Senior Timetabling and Resourcing Coordinator to join our dynamic Management Information Services team at Peterborough College. If you love turning complex schedules into seamless solutions and enjoy working with data to support staff and students, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the accurate and timely creation of student timetables and resource allocation.
  • Ensuring room and staff utilisation is optimised for smooth curriculum delivery.
  • Acting as a key contact for timetable-related queries and supporting colleagues across the College.
  • Maintaining course files, validating timetables, and handling change requests efficiently.
  • Supporting enrolment processes and contributing to high-quality data management.
  • Working closely with the Resourcing and Planning Team Leader on reporting and planning projects.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a data or administration role, ideally in an education environment.
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
  • A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and continuous professional development.
