Position: Registered Nurse School Setting - Peterborough, NH
A middle school in Peterborough, NH is seeking a skilled substitute nurse (LPN or RN) to provide one-on-one care for a student requiring specialized health support. This contract role is ideal for licensed nurses with experience in school settings who can ensure safety and health monitoring throughout the school day during specified dates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized, 1:1 nursing care to a student in a school environment
• Monitor residuals and manage delay bolus feeding via pump and G-tube
• Administer feedings accurately and safely
• Monitor vital signs including heart rate and oxygen saturation
• Perform oral and nasal suction as needed
• Manage mouth wound care following care protocols
• Collaborate with school staff to maintain a safe environment for the student

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Experience working in school-based nursing or pediatric care strongly preferred
• Ability to perform feeding tube management and suctioning competently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor complex medical conditions
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism in educational settings
