Monadnock Community Hospital (MCH) seeks a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated Rheumatology team. What You’ll Do:

Patient Care Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Diagnose and treat rheumatologic conditions, prescribing medications as needed
  • Provide preventive care services including screenings and patient education
Administrative Duties
  • Maintain accurate and compliant electronic health records
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Master’s degree or higher
