Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Perm
ICU Registered Nurse - Peterborough, NH (Sign-On Bonus: $10,000)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (36 hours/week)
Work Setting:
Hospital / Intensive Care Unit
Compensation: $26.98 - $43.17/hour ($56,118 - $89,793/year) - based on experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide professional, patient-centered care in a critical care setting. This role involves independent decision-making, collaboration across shifts, and adherence to nursing standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to ICU patients with a 2:1 patient ratio

• Monitor vital signs, interpret rhythms, and provide injections/vaccinations

• Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation (experience with Allscripts Paragon preferred)

• Float to Med-Surg and regular ICU units as needed

• Participate in orientation, training, and continuing education to maintain competencies

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license (must be active at time of application)

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience

• Telemetry and ICU experience required

• Current ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications

• Rhythm recognition or basic arrhythmia experience required

• PCCN or CCRN certification preferred

• Strong adaptability and ability to direct others
