We are currently seeking a dedicated NP (Nurse Practitioner) specializing in Family Medicine. As an NP in Family Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing primary care services to patients of all ages. This position is vital to our client's healthcare team, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate medical care. You will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at promoting health and wellness within the community, managing chronic conditions, and delivering preventive care.

• Conduct physical exams and patient assessments.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and treatments.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
• Provide acute care for illnesses and injuries.

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license.
• Master s or Doctorate degree in Nursing.
• Specialization in Family Medicine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

  Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Call Rotation: 1:5 beeper call
• Patient Census:
  Up to 18 per day
• Preferred Experience:
  
  5+ years
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
