- On our 8‑bed LDRP unit we deliver over 350 babies annually.
- The candidate will be cross‑trained in all aspects of obstetrical care within The Birthing Suite.
- You will work alongside a well‑established OB/GYN and pediatric group in a collaborative team environment.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with current NH RN licensure.
- Previous OB nursing experience strongly preferred.
- Baccalaureate in nursing strongly preferred.
- Certification in specialty strongly preferred.
- NRP and STABLE certifications required.
This is a per diem position in The Birthing Suite at Monadnock Community Hospital.

Responsibilities- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients' conditions, treatments, and progress. Report any changes or concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and protocols.

Education:
Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote overall wellness. - Support and Advocacy: Offer emotional support and advocate for patients' rights, ensuring they receive compassionate and respectful care.
- Adherence to Policies and Regulations: Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe and ethical work environment.
