Monadnock Orthopedic Associates, a trusted practice with over 25 years of service, is seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our outpatient Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) team.

What You’ll Do- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop multi-modality treatment plans.
- Manage medications and provide ongoing patient follow-up.
- Utilize EMR systems effectively and maintain strong clinical documentation.
- Collaborate closely with experienced physicians in a combined PM&R / Orthopedic department.

- Master’s degree or higher.
- Completion of an accredited NP or PA program.
- Active New Hampshire ARNP or PA license and current DEA number (required prior to start).
- Minimum of 1-year clinical experience preferred (new grads considered).
- Experience in Pain Management or related specialty is a plus.

Masters or better.
ExperienceCompletion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
New Hampshire ARNP or PA license and current DEA number are required prior to start date.
Preferred ExperienceMinimum of one year of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates may be considered.
Experience in Pain Management or a related specialty is a plus.
