Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - SNF - Peterborough, NH

Relient Health seeks a caring and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work in a great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This full-time, permanent position offers a chance to make a real difference in patients' lives.

Qualifications

  • You must be a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (or a new graduate COTA)
  • You must be an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Responsibilities

  • Screening patients
  • Documenting progress toward objectives
  • Administering occupational therapy services as directed by a registered occupational therapist
  • Conducting patient and family education
  • Delivering quality occupational therapy services
  • Putting patient service first
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and being a team player
