We are seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Therapist to join our mission-driven outpatient mental health team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about supporting clients through individual therapy, carrying a dedicated caseload, and maintaining schedule flexibility with evening availability.

Schedule:

Full-time | Flexible evening hours | In-person | Compensation: $53,000 - $56,000 (commensurate with education and experience)

• Carry and manage an individual caseload of adolescent and adult clients
• Provide individual therapy; group and/or family therapy as clinically indicated
• Complete clinical assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support client progress
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Participate in case consultation, supervision, and professional development
• Help maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Required: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related behavioral health field; completion of a clinical internship
• Preferred: Experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults in an outpatient setting; familiarity with treating a broad range of mental health diagnoses; experience in higher levels of care or co-occurring treatment settings
