Hourly rate ranges from $21.60 to $21.85 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. They support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and handling all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.

This position will work up to 38 hours per week.

Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.

Physical demands:
In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
