Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Competently operate production equipment
  • Carry out all required packaging as outlined for specific products
  • Conduct preventative maintenance (equipment/facility cleaning)
  • Carry out work which includes the movement of raw materials and finished goods as required
  • Must be able and willing to accept responsibility and accountability for the performance of their duties, in the areas of safety an in the application of continuous improvement processes
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Production Frontline Leader
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Grade 12 education or equivalent
  • Certification (mechanical and electrical) considered an asset
  • Production experience considered an asset
  • Complete process knowledge – Food Process or GMP experience is an asset
  • Ability to work in a unionized environment
  • Must be flexible to work all shifts as required
  • Our starting rate for this role is $21/hour, which will increase by $1 each year for the first 3 years. After you hit the 3 year mark, your wage will increase to a minimum General Labour rate of $!!
