Overview

This role is a key part of the day-to-day function of the Quaker Peterborough Stockroom.

Compensation: $51,800-$84,420

Responsibilities
  • Receive all stockroom orders in CMMS, bring to stockroom or stock location
  • Tagging, and stocking of shelves with new parts
  • Managing and executing all main stockroom cycle counts, satellite stock weekly counts, and managing stock of consumables
  • Stocking, troubleshooting and repairing Auto-Crib vending machines for Operations and Maintenance Supplies
  • Min/Max on-hand updates, and clearing of obsolete items
  • Supporting the Stockroom leader in parts sourcing, communicating with vendors and logistics
  • Support parts kitting process
  • Support Skilled Trades members and salaried members in locating parts
  • Maintain RFID Portal and its connection to CMMS to ensure accurate parts usage records
  • Support and be an SME for the Receiving/Cycling-counting side of S4/HANA (SAP EAM)
Qualifications
  • Technical background, strong understanding of parts and service for CPG/Foods manufacturing industry
  • Organized
    - Detail oriented
  • Knowledge of Avantis and/or SAP S4/HANA
  • Able to lift 50lbs (Receiving/Unloading/Restocking activities)
  • Experience working in a stockroom or warehouse
  • Familiar with industrial components
  • SAP or CMMS experience
  • Experience using PITs
  • Understand of Food Manufacturing processes and GMPs
  • Understanding of good maintenance practices in terms of planning, kitting, and breakdown support
  • Understanding of best practices for inventory management (min/max on hand, criticality, etc)
