You’ll lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibility for schedule, budget, forecasting, and cost control. This is a hands‑on, site‑focused leadership role requiring close coordination with contractors, consultants, trades, and internal teams.

You’ll act as the primary on‑site point of contact for stakeholders and authorities, ensure compliance, and maintain strong quality and safety standards. Day to day, you’ll run site meetings, manage risk, oversee change orders, RFIs, and progress draws, and keep execution disciplined, proactive, and aligned.

You’ll be trusted to lead a large-scale, $300M+ project with real autonomy and leadership visibility. Compensation is competitive reflective of your experience (140K and up), supported by a steady pipeline of future work that offers long‑term stability.
