Training and support is offered to new lawyers, so that they can reach their potential.

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for providing exceptional legal services. As a Lawyer, you will represent clients in various legal matters, ensuring their rights are protected and advocating for their best interests. You will engage in representing clients in court proceedings, legal research, drafting documents, and negotiating settlements while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and motions with precision.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, providing clear guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of case files and client communications.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop case strategies.

• Proficient in legal research tools such as Canlii to gather relevant case law and statutes.
• Strong negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients during settlements.
• Exceptional writing abilities for drafting clear and concise legal documents.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to analyze complex information critically.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate legal concepts to clients and colleagues effectively.
