Potter + Moore Innovations Ltd is the key trading company based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and focuses on the design, manufacture and distribution of product in its three key operating functions;
Brands (owned), Private Label Supply and Contract Manufacturing. Our customer base ranges from key multiple drugstore, grocery and fashion retailers to premium brands and are supplied throughout the UK and growing international markets. We’re looking for a Fast-Track Innovation Graduate to support the delivery of rapid, product-led innovation across our portfolio. This is a hands-on role designed to give you real exposure to how ideas move from insight to product on shelf — fast.

You’ll work across line extensions, market and e-tailer gaps, and emerging concepts, supporting live innovation projects while building core skills in consumer insight, product development, and commercial execution.

This role is not lab-based R&D — it is focused on products, markets, and execution.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support Opportunity Identification.Assist in identifying:
  • Line extension opportunities
  • Retailer and e-tailer gaps
  • Early-stage emerging concepts

Gather and analyse consumer, market, and competitor insight

• Support fast-Track Projects
  • Support concept development, testing, execution
  • Help coordinate cross-functional activity across Brand, Product, and Commercial teams
  • Track timelines, risks, and learning from fast-track initiatives
• Emerging Concepts & Learning
  • Support rapid concept sprints and early-stage testing
  • Capture insights and translate learning into clear recommendations
  • Help feed validated concepts into Fast-Track or Core pipelines
• Clear progression into innovation, product, or brand roles as part of the Potter & Moore Graduate Scheme
• Exposure to:
  • Brand management and product development
  • Retailer and e-commerce innovation
  • Agile innovation methods

The Ideal Candidate Description:

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Innovation, Product, Design, or similar
• Strong interest in products, consumers, and how ideas get to market
• Curious, analytical, and comfortable working at pace
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
