As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly capable and experienced Human Resources Manager to support our internal team. This is a remote, part‑time role designed for an HR professional who thrives in autonomy, can operate with minimal supervision, and is excited to take ownership of recruitment and broader HR initiatives.

• Flexible in scheduling (part‑time hours)
• Based in the East Durham and Kawarthas region (occasional in‑person meetings required)
• Newly created role

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for multiple roles
• Source candidates using diverse recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct structured virtual interviews independently
• Prepare shortlists and candidate summaries for hiring leaders
• Build talent pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies to support growth
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update HR policies and documentation
• Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and processes
• Provide ad‑hoc HR support as organizational needs evolve

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong experience leading full‑cycle recruitment independently
• Deep understanding of Ontario employment standards and HR compliance requirements
• Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
• CHRP designation (or working toward) is preferred

• Highly self‑directed and accountable
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Confident interviewer who can assess both technical competence and cultural alignment
• Organized and detail‑oriented while balancing multiple priorities
• Collaborative and relationship‑focused approach
• Comfortable operating in a small team environment where adaptability is essential

• Starting Salary Range: $30–$45 per hour

All employees of Part-Time CFO Services must have access to reliable transportation and possess a full Ontario driver’s license to commute to clients not accessible by public transportation.
