Our FYidoctors Peterborough - Chemong Road clinic is looking for someone with exceptional skills and experience to join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy.

This position is a part‑time role working 20–29 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world‑class service to positively impact the lives of our patients every day. As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be responsible for front desk reception as well as pre‑testing duties and will often be the first point of contact with patients.

• Warmly greeting patients as they enter the clinic
• Checking patients in and out of the office
• Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
• Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts, billing and payments
• Administering pre‑testing services
• Upholding excellent customer service standards

• Ideally, you have customer‑facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Confidence working in a fast‑paced environment
• A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
• A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
• An ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
