Parker Huggett is proud to partner with a respected and long-standing Toronto-based developer and construction manager in their search for a driven and collaborative Assistant Superintendent to support the execution of a $300M+ Student Residence project in Peterborough, ON
.

  • You’ve got demonstrable experience with commercial, institutional, or large-scale multi-residential projects
  • You bring a passion for success
    , and it shows in the way you drive results, motivate trades, and keep things moving safely and efficiently
  • You’re a team collaborator
    , able to communicate effectively with project managers, trades, consultants, and owners alike
  • You’re open to commuting to Peterborough
    , where this major build is already underway
