This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working as a Bank Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home. You will carry out a range of responsibilities to help deliver quality care and support to the residents, including answering the phone, handling files, supporting managers, meeting and greeting visitors, and engaging with residents.

Main duties of the job

As a Bank Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the care home. This includes answering the phone, handling files, and assisting the managers. You will also be expected to meet and greet visitors, engage with residents, and show prospective clients and their families around the home. The role requires strong multi-tasking abilities, good computer skills, and a confident telephone manner.
