Security Officer - Patrol Officer

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to hospital staff, patients, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calls for assistance, disturbances, and medical facility alerts, while notifying the appropriate parties.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the medical campus, including entrances, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or policy concerns.;
Support access control by monitoring entry points, directing visitors to the proper locations, verifying credentials when required, and assisting with way finding while respecting privacy expectations.;
Complete routine documentation such as activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff notes, and communicate observations to site leadership and/or public responders as needed.
