We're looking for a driven and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team — someone who is not only committed to high-quality resident care, but also ready to grow into a Director of Nursing (DON) role in the future.
WhatYou'll Do:
- ✅ Support the Director of Nursing in managing and leading the nursing department
- ✅ Ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance across all units
- ✅ Mentor and guide nursing staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and compassion
- ✅ Lead by example in patient care, professionalism, and leadership
- ✅ Step into leadership roles as needed — your development into DON is part of our plan!

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing - ✔
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is a must - ✔ Leadership potential and a passion for developing others
- ✔ Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
- ✔ Ready to work Sunday through Friday
