Location:
Vineyard Post Acute - Petaluma, CA
Schedule: 6:30am-3:00pm, on a 4-2 rotation
Pay: $41 - $44 per hour, DOE
Vineyard Post Acute is hiring a full time Licensed Nurse to join our dedicated nursing team in Petaluma, CA. Our skilled nursing and post acute facility is focused on providing exceptional care, and we are looking for compassionate LVNs who are committed to resident well‑being.

- Monitor and document resident status and progress

- Current California LVN license
- Current CPR or BLS certification
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Team player with a compassionate, resident‑centered approach
- Experience in skilled nursing or post acute care preferred, but not required
