LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) - Ridgeway Post Acute
$40-$44/hr | 4/2 Rotation | Rotating Weekends
Schedule- ✅ 4/2 rotation (4 days on / 2 days off)
- ✅ Rotating weekends
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a post-acute/skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Monitor resident condition and report changes to the RN/physician
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans and outcomes
- Complete documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies
- Current California LVN license (active and in good standing)
- Skilled nursing/post-acute experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
- A caring, positive attitude and commitment to resident-centered care
- ✨ Competitive pay: $40-$44/hr
