• Active CA LVN license
• Strong assessment and critical‑thinking skills
• Ability to work NOC shift independently and confidently
• Team‑oriented mindset with a positive, calm presence
• Skilled nursing or post‑acute experience preferred, not required

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and timely nursing care
• Pass medications accurately and maintain documentation
• Support CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Communicate changes in resident condition
• Uphold high standards of infection control and resident safety
