Our client, a rapidly growing Consumer Products company based in beautiful Sonoma County
, is looking for a Controller to step into a highly visible, hands‑on leadership role. This is a chance to join a company at an inflection point—where strong financial leadership directly shapes growth, strategy, and operational success.
In this role, you’ll lead and develop a small accounting team while serving as a key partner to the business. You’ll own the month‑end close, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and play an active role in financial planning and decision support as the company continues to scale.
The ideal candidate brings Consumer Products experience
, with natural foods or better‑for‑you brands strongly preferred. You’re comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment and have experience with mid‑tier ERP systems such as Net Suite or Business Central
