About the role

The Audit Administration Assistant provides administrative support to the Clinical Practice and Risk Improvement team and works collaboratively with inpatient units and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements and Security Improvement Audit (SIAT) accreditation.

The role has a strong focus on WHS, SIAT accreditation, and clinical improvement to support ongoing compliance and quality improvement activities.

This position is based at Mental Health Drug & Alcohol Services (MHDA) – Bloomfield Campus.

MHDA Bloomfield Campus provides a range of inpatient services, including a child and adolescent unit, a state-wide forensic rehabilitation unit, a mental health intensive care unit, adult acute unit, older persons’ acute unit, and a variety of non-acute state-wide and district inpatient units for adults and older people.

Successful applicants will be required to attend a comprehensive orientation program upon commencement and complete any additional training deemed necessary to fulfil the duties of the position.
