Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive OT evaluations, develop and update individualized treatment plans, and implement purposeful interventions to restore independence in activities of daily living, mobility, ergonomics, cognitive-motor tasks, and functional end goals.
- Work with patients across age groups and diagnoses, adapting therapeutic modalities to skills, home environments, and community participation.
- Maintain documentation and outcome measurement to ensure clear communication with physicians, families, and care teams.
- Lead patient and caregiver education, facilitate home programs, recommend adaptive equipment, and plan for safe discharge.
- Engage in professional growth within the specialty, including mentorship for newer therapists, opportunities to pursue advanced certifications (hand therapy, neurorehabilitation, geriatric rehab, pediatrics), and structured pathways to expand your scope of practice.

The package includes a performance-based sign-on bonus, housing assistance, and the potential for contract extensions. You’ll have 24/7 support from our travel team, ensuring you’re never navigating challenges alone while on assignment in Petaluma or other participating locations. Ready to start on 01/20/2026 with guaranteed 40 hours per week and a weekly pay range of $2,774 to $2,830, reflecting your experience and the assignment specifics.
