• Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekends: Occasional weekends as needed
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours/week

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy interventions as delegated and supervised by a licensed Physical Therapist
• Evaluate, plan, and administer treatments to restore or improve patient function and mobility
• Ensure all treatments follow the established plan of care
• Monitor patient response to interventions and document progress accurately
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and exercises
• Complete all documentation per company policy and state/federal regulations

Qualifications / Requirements

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
• NPTE-PTA Certification (FSBPT)
• Active BLS certification (AHA required)
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions from a licensed Physical Therapist
• Empathy, patience, and physical stamina to assist patients with movement and exercises
