Overview
Description The Therapy Manager is responsible for supervising and implementing Physical, Occupational and Speech Pathology programs for both inpatient and outpatient areas. Coordination of clinical activities as well as leadership and direct supervision of the rehabilitation and therapy staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: use of organizational skills, leadership, planning, implementing, evaluating and providing patient care through the use of hospital and nursing policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Supervise and implement Physical, Occupational and Speech Pathology programs in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Coordinate clinical activities and provide leadership and direct supervision of rehabilitation and therapy staff.
- Apply organizational skills and leadership in planning, implementing, evaluating, and delivering patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Bachelor s Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy or any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- California Occupational Therapist License OR California Physical Therapist License OR California Speech Language Pathologist License (upon hire).
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire).
- 5 years of acute or ambulatory care clinical experience.
- Supervisory experience in a hospital setting.
- Master s Degree

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate s placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Base pay range may be supplemented by shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
