* Job Description:
** - Collaborate with our Staff Therapist to provide exceptional patient care.
- Engage with patients through targeted treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist.
- Document daily treatment notes and weekly progress updates in compliance with PT Board regulations.
- Contribute to a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring a positive environment for recovery.
- Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences to enhance team collaboration and patient outcomes.
- Assist nursing staff in training Restorative Aides to improve overall patient care.
- Foster effective communication with supervisors and multidisciplinary team members regarding patient progress and care plans.
- Lead in-service training programs to empower fellow staff with valuable skills and knowledge.
- Educate patients’ families and nursing staff on maintenance programs and caregiver training for successful therapy discharge.
- Proactively report equipment issues for timely maintenance and optimal functionality.
- Build positive and meaningful relationships with patients, families, staff, and peers.

* Qualifications:
** - Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant by the state board.
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.
- Commitment to continuous education and maintaining a license in good standing.
