American Traveler is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a post-acute and long-term care rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities- Work in a post-acute and long-term care rehabilitation facility
- Full-time schedule
- Patient population primarily consists of residents requiring rehabilitation for enhanced independence and function
- Modern therapy gym and equipment available
- Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve function, activities of daily living, and safety
- Collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

- Supportive team with leadership committed to professional development
- Current, active California Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, not required
