• We are seeking a Reliability Technician (Temp) to perform design of experiments, conduct early accelerated product life tests, improve reliability test processes, and improve field reliability.
• Develop reliability test setups and improve product qualification processes.
• Lead early-stage de-risking of reliability issues and drive testing of new parts and product innovations.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to provide viable solutions to real-world problems.
• Deliver quality products on time and maintain thorough documentation, including status updates to summarize project highlights.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the laboratory.

• One year of post-high school technical education, such as a technical associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proven ability to apply scientific problem-solving techniques with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in design of experiments for accelerated life testing.
• Hands-on experience with installing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical equipment.
• Experience with power supplies, inverters, and high voltage systems.
• Experience interacting with field application, engineering, and product management teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The pay rate for this position is between $29 to $42 per hour. The pay rate range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions.
