We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Intern to join our accounting team this summer. The ideal candidate will gain hands‑on experience in accounting and finance processes, with opportunities to collaborate across various functions. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential for success in this position.
- Assisting with data entry, performing reconciliations, and preparing reports.
- Providing support for team members during month‑end close activities.
- Project mentorship with the Director of Corporate Controller.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Education- Attending four‑year college or university to attain an Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Bachelor's degree; or already awarded Bachelor's degree from four‑year college or university.
- Basic understanding of general accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and project leadership skills.
- Team player that will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with a sense of urgency.
- Self‑starter with an analytical mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Experience with Excel or Smartsheet's.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
- Ability to make effective presentations on complex topics to plant management and other stakeholders.
- Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
