Regional Business Operations Support

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a background in Economics and/or Engineering Management to join our team as a Regional Business Operations Support.
In this temporary role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining reporting frameworks, as well as optimizing business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain performance reporting systems to track KPIs and operational metrics.
Development and implementation of global projects and initiatives related to company’s digital platforms and tools.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
Prepare the monthly estimate in cooperation with the other key agents involved in the process
Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
Support strategic planning through economic and operational analysis.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience.
Proven experience in reporting, data analysis, and process optimization.
Experience in compensation is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI and SAP.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
