- Maintain a strong knowledge of all company products, accessories, price plans, promotions, and competitive offers
- Handle service inquiries from customers
- Passion for Technology or Helping Customers
- Self‑motivated and eager to succeed
- 2‑3 years of Sales or Customer Service experience preferred
- High energy level and self‑motivation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Positive attitude
- Work a flexible retail rotating schedule
- Transportation to work
- Ability to pass a background check
- Self‑driven individual with desire to lead
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
