** our luxury residential setting is designed to provide comfort, dignity, and  structure—allowing patients to heal in a peaceful, supportive environment.  The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that the facility — including buildings,  systems, equipment, and grounds — is safe, functional, and well-maintained. You’ll help support a  therapeutic, welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors at a luxury rehab center
** The Role Itself
*** Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs, or other drainage problems
* Electrical wiring capabilities to manage problems with the building’s electricity
* Carpentry ability to handle basic repairs around the building
* Groundskeeping if the facility contains lawns or other outdoor areas in need of maintenance
* Perform routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door, or wall repair.
* Maintain the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly.
* Ensuring a safe and risk preventative environment within OSHA regulations.

* Education:

*** High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience combination.
* Must be 21 yrs or older.
