• Be part of a truly cross‑functional team;
  Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers and QA’s.
• Participate in product planning (From discovery all the way to deployment); provide input at all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Collaborate to develop robust new features, APIs, continuously improve products, and find and fix bugs at Deel Speed.
• Ensure our customers receive a white‑glove experience with our products.
• Fully own the development of features on the client, server, service, and database.

• Develop high‑quality, responsive web applications using Type Script, JavaScript, React, Express. Experience with NestJS, Vite, and Next.js is a plus.
• Design and implement server‑side APIs, data models, and business logic using mainly Express framework.
• Create client‑side function‑based React components, hooks, stories, and tests.
• Optimize database schemas, queries, and interactions with Postgres.
• Build reusable, modular components on both front and backend to promote code reusability, maintainability, and scalability.
• Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications.
• Stay updated with emerging web development trends, frameworks, and best practices, and recommend improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and tools.

• At least 4 years of Full‑Stack experience, focusing on Type Script development.
• Expertise in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications using the listed tech.
