Security Officer - Access Control - Flex

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location;
Staff access control points to help manage the flow of employees, contractors and visitors, including checking identification, issuing visitor credentials and/or directing arrivals per site procedures;
Monitor entry and exit activity for restricted areas, assist with vehicle and truck gate processing as assigned and report irregularities in accordance with post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and completing required documentation;
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, production areas and the perimeter, noting unusual conditions, unsecured doors and/or potential hazards and reporting findings per site procedures
