Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls with new and existing clients, ensuring high-quality interactions.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain consistent communication to achieve conversions, managing a high volume of daily calls around 100 calls a day in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Present products or services clearly and persuasively.
- Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, or referral opportunities.
- Collaborate with the support team to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, call center, or international customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and CRM platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and AI-based tools, including ChatGPT
. - Proactive, results-driven attitude with strong organizational skills.
- Experience closing sales in the U.S. market

. - Ability to work under targets and positive pressure.
