Operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store; leading and training a staff in providing exceptional customer service; store opening and closing responsibilities; driving sales through customer service and report analysis.

• 2+ years of retail management experience
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; problem‑solving and analytical abilities
• Enthusiasm and initiative to train and motivate staff
• Merchandise knowledge preferred (apparel, footwear, exercise, athletics)
• Availability to work any hours the store is open
