New Wages- Day Shift (6:00 a-2:30 p): $36/hour
- Second Shift (2:00 p-10:30 p): $38/hour
- Third Shift (10:00 p-6:30 a): $37/hour

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while supporting and guiding nursing assistants. You’ll play a key role in ensuring residents receive care with dignity, respect, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Supervise and support nursing assistants.
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
- Promote a safe, positive, and welcoming environment.
- Active Illinois LPN license (in good standing).
- Current CPR certification.
- Long-term care experience preferred (not required).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.
