• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm

As an LPN
, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while supporting and guiding nursing assistants. You’ll play a key role in ensuring residents receive care with dignity, respect, and professionalism.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Supervise and support nursing assistants
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
• Promote a safe, positive, and welcoming environment

• Active Illinois LPN license (in good standing)
• Current CPR certification
• Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
