Allure of Peru is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

New wages: RN $40 / LPN $36.

Part‑time shift available. 1st shift: 6am‑2:30pm. New grads welcome!

As an RN or LPN, you’ll provide compassionate, high‑quality care to our residents while leading and supporting our nursing assistants. You’ll ensure that care is delivered with professionalism, dignity, and respect—always putting residents first.

• Direct and supervise nursing assistants
• Coordinate and communicate care with residents, families, and staff
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support physicians and leadership during rounds and assessments
• Promote a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for residents and staff

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Long‑term care experience preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• A caring, dependable professional who loves being part of a team
