$25/HR

PRN / Full Time / Part Time

Up to 12 hr shifts available

Allure knows that all employees who have joined the Allure team share the same mindset: to work hard every day for the sole purpose of providing great care and services to our Residents. However, throughout healthcare, the employee often gets overlooked and underappreciated. Allure wants to change that message and show employees that they are truly appreciated.

Beginning October 1st, the facility will redo its employee breakroom. The breakroom will include free snacks and drinks, a flat screen TV, gaming system, ping pong table, and comfortable seating. Employees will also receive 1 free meal per day. The facility will also host monthly events for employees.

• Assist residents with basic tasks such as eating, dressing, toileting and showering.
• Respond to calls from residents for assistance and alert the nurse of any changes in condition.
• Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activities and maintain physical strength by assisting with tasks.
• Replace linens on beds and assist residents with keeping rooms clean and interacting with residents daily.

• Possess and maintain a current and unrestricted CNA license
• CPR certification
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
• Tuition reimbursement
